It began as a division III performance...
The Exhibit of Fairy Tale Artifacts was Janae Tabony's division III performance presented at Hampshire College in April 2012. It was an audience incorporated performance where audience members were guided through multiple spaces in the theater building (Emily Dickinson Hall).
The audience members were treated as applicants to the exhibit curator position and were given a guided tour of the "incomplete" Exhibit of Fairy Tale Artifacts. Then when one of them touches an artifact an ancient villain is released to wreak havoc on the world. The audience with the help of their guide must be brave and attempt to recapture the villain.
The shows were April 27th-29th, 2012.
